Green Plate Special at Ansill

Now that there are more ways than ever to go green, there are less and less excuses to forego planet-friendliness. So jump-start your efforts during Ansill's weeklong Earth Day celebration starting April 22.

To take advantage, simply dine at Ansill between Tuesday, April 22 and Friday, April 25 when chef David Ansill will offer a four-course menu focusing on organic, local and sustainable food products including grilled local asparagus, free-range poached eggs, grass-fed lamb, roasted local root vegetables, local rhubarb and an organic strawberry tart.

Ansill regulars don't need to worry, since the a la carte menu will also be available all week.
